Situated in the forest that surrounds Oslo’s main water reservoir, K.O.S A is a new space/site dedicated to contemporary art. Its program takes place in Oslo’s Maridalen landscape and includes a park (Nordmarka), an armoury (Krutthuset) and a diorama pavilion (Jane). Informed by its protected location, landmark history and life sustaining waterways, K.O.S A’s program takes the form of thematic research, exhibitions, workshops, and conversations. The exhibitions and conversations are free and open to everyone.
